We send transactional SMS messages to customers who have current surf lesson reservations. The SMS messages contain information like booking time, map links, and day-of instructions. You are free to opt-out of SMS messages at any time by responding “STOP.”
After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START” or “JOIN” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “HELP”. Or, you can get help directly from us.
Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You should expect to receive 2-3 text messages from us per lesson.

8. Modifications
Koa Surf Lessons may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund policy is described in detail here https://koasurflessons.com/refunds. In summary, 100% refunds will be given for cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time. For cancellations less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time, 50% refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Please see full policy for details.
